Privacy Policy

Short version

We don't ask you to create an account. We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone. The only data the site stores is kept locally in your browser so your streak, best times, and theme preference survive a refresh.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Tango Master does not require registration. If you choose to contact us via the email address on the contact page, we receive whatever information you put in that email (your address and the message body). We use it only to reply to you.

Information stored locally in your browser

The game uses your browser's localStorage to remember:

• Your chosen theme (light or dark).
• Your best times per board size and difficulty.
• Your daily-puzzle streak (which days you solved).

This data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser's site data wipes it instantly.

Information collected automatically

The site is a static build served over HTTPS. Like every web server, our host may keep short-lived access logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) for operational and security purposes. We do not use those logs for marketing or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

Tango Master uses Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, measurement ID G-BDH4GBXRRY) to understand which pages and puzzle modes are popular, so we can improve the game. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and collect aggregated, pseudonymous data such as page URL, referrer, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, and rough session duration.

We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking, and we have not enabled Google Signals. We do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond Google's role as our analytics processor.

You can opt out at any time by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by enabling "Do Not Track" or a tracker-blocking extension, or by using your browser's private/incognito mode.

Third-party services

The site uses two Google services: Google Fonts (to load the Geist typeface on first visit) and Google Analytics 4 (described above). Google may log these requests as described in their own privacy policy. No other third-party services run on the site.

Children's privacy

Tango Master is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we don't ask anyone to register, this concern doesn't really apply in practice — but if you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact email, please let us know and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we don't store personal data on our servers, there is nothing to access, export, or delete on our side. You can clear all locally-stored data at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
